Refund policy

  • Carma Apparel will happily accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following requirements! If you ship back an item that does NOT meet these conditions, you will NOT be refunded and will have to pay for return shipping. No exceptions. (Small business sorry! <3)

    • Items purchased online must be returned within 10 days of delivery! Unfortunately, since we are a small business , we do require you to pay for the return shipment fee.
    • Items that are eligible for returns: must be unworn, unwashed, free of any alterations and all original Carma Apparel or vendor tags must be attached to the item(s).
    • Due to health concerns, items with cosmetic, holes, abrasions or tear damages will NOT be accepted under any circumstance. 
    • All Sale items are FINAL SALE. Any item purchased at a discounted price is a final purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additional coupon codes are excluded.
    • Swimwear is eligible for return as long as all tags and hygienic strips are intact.
    • All Accessories are FINAL SALE! Please contact us if you have any questions about accessories.
    • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please email hello@carmaapparel.com. Please note: once the tags are removed or after the 24 hours, Carma Apparel is not responsible for any damages!
    • Holiday Returns: All items purchased between November 20th and December 25th can be returned by 20 days after the purchase date. Final sale items are still final!

 

  • As mentioned above, if you return an item that doesn't meet our return requirements, you will not receive a refund and will be responsible for paying for return shipping.  There will be no exceptions!

    All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.  If you return a sale item, we will not be able to provide you a refund and you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

    You are responsible for paying the return shipment fee for any package shipped back and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. This cost is usually between $5 and $10 depending on location.

    If you live locally, you may drop it off at my location with your original order receipt. However, your payment will not be processed at the time of return and will still go to our returns department for processing.

    For international returns, please email us prior to returning your package as the process is different than U.S. returns. You will still be responsible for the cost of shipping and original shipping costs are not refundable.

    Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time to get your refund.
